Since we are a small B&B your reservation is important for us. From the moment of your booking confirmation we can not sell the rooms to others. This is why we have a cancellation policy. (In difference to hotels which have a system of over booking).

• From the moment of the conformation up to 14 days before booking date we charge a fee of € 15 for the administration cost.
• Between 14 days and up to 7 days before booking date we charge 35% of the total booking sum.
• From7 days before the booking date or later we charge full rate of the total booking sum (100%) this also applies for a cancellation on the day of arrival or a guest who does not show up.
